Modern machinery is often equipped with a variety of specialized non–standard parts, which are expensive and time consuming to produce. 3D printing technology is a way to deliver needed parts, which are specifically produced according to individual requirements economically and in a relatively short time, using materials which are suitable for current working conditions.

We offer parts, which are produced according to DIN ISO 2768–1 precision standard requirements.

Materials, used for 3D printing are:

• PA2200;
• PA3200GF (glass fiber reinfoced plastic);
• Aliumide (plastic with aliuminium fibers);
• Others: heat resistant plastic, elastic plastic materials PA11 and TPU.

COLOURING. Coloring is achieved by submerging parts into the color bath, the process can take up to several hours. It is possible to choose different colors (black, blue, red, yellow, orange and others). Coloring allows to find parts easier in the machine and also to see, when it is dirty or damaged.

FLOCKING. Flocking is recommended when parts have “softer” surfaces or are of specific geometry. It is necessary to exactly mark the place for flocking in the drawing of the part. During the flocking process parts can be colored or have fiber structure.

VARNISH. Surface varnishing is recommended if a testing batch is needed. The surface can be smooth, rough, soft or with satin finish.

RUBBER COATING. It is necessary to specify the areas, which should be coated with rubber in a drawing. The rubber covering can be of different hardness, conductivity, and structure.

JOMA PEARL. With JOMA PEARL treatment, the surface becomes exceptionally smooth and sealed, completely resistant to water and dirt. JOMA PEARL is approved by food industry requirements: EC 1935/2004, EG 10/2011, EG 2023/2006.
